ORGANIZATION AND GOVERNANCE

The purpose of the Organization and Governance Committee is to review Tri-State’s Bylaws and Policies and Procedures Manual (PPM) annually. The committee then recommends any needed changes and determines if Tri-State’s activities are within the bounds of the Bylaws to keep the Association functioning efficiently and in the best interest of the Membership. This includes the annual review of the organization, committee structure, and their functioning. When Bylaw and PPM changes are needed, this committee drafts proposed text and rationale for the Executive Board to consider.
