NEOPHYTE 2020

New this year is a Virtual 10 session Neophyte Training.  The training is geared towards providing a complete overview on Title IV financial aid for new financial aid professionals and or seasoned financial aid professionals that would like to receive a refresher. The training provides an overview on various topics from among: the Application Process and Student Eligibility, Federal Work Study, Verification and Documentation, Return of Title IV Funds, Federal Update, and much more.

Types of Financial Aid, FERPA & Ethics, Customer Service, Application & Processing, ISIR Codes & Resolutions, Professional Judgement, Verification & Documentation, Satisfactory Academic Progress, Financial Literacy, Return of Title IV Funds, Loan Repayment
