Registration fees for Tri-State members* are as follows:
Early Bird Full Conference (On or before 9/19) - $400
Regular Full Conference (After 9/19) - $450
Early Bird One Day Conference Rate (On or before 9/19) - $275
Regular One Day Conference Rate (After 9/19) - $300

*You will need to be a member of Tri-State for 2025-2026 ($50 membership dues) before you can register for the conference.
Tri-State membership is required for attendees from DE, DC, or MD colleges and universities. If you are not currently a member of Tri-State from those schools, we will reach out to you to sign up for 2025-2026 and benefit from all that Tri-State has to offer!
Paid registrants may request and receive a full refund of the registration fee (not including membership) up until 2 weeks before the first day of the event. Any refund requests received within two weeks are not guaranteed. Cancellation request form can be found here: https://dedcmdasfaa.org/Forms/.
Registrants who do not show up for the training without requesting cancellation two weeks prior to the event will be held liable for payment in full.
